Q What are your opening hours?
Mon: Closed
Tue – Fri: 10:00am- 5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 5.30pm
Evening appointments are available on request.

Q: Do I need to book an appointment?
A: We do recommend you book an appointment as our showrooms are always busy.

Q: How long is an appointment?
A: The initial appointment is for 90 minutes, this will allow you to have a good look around at our selection of dresses, and allow you to try some on without having to rush. During this 90 minute appointment we will provide light refreshments and a very personal service.

Q: What will I need to bring with me?
A: You will need to bring shoes to your fittings which are the same height as the ones you will wear on the day as well as underwear you will be wearing on the day as it will affect your final fit, however most dresses will not require a bra as they have systems in place.

Q: How many dresses can I try on?
A: During each appointment you will be able to try on up to 10 dresses.

Q: Am I allowed more than one appointment?
A: If you are feel after your first appointment you cannot make a decision and need some time to think, this isn’t a problem you are more than welcome to come back for a second appointment or even a third if necessary.

Q: How long does a dress take to be delivered when ordered?
A: Dresses will take between 5/6 months to be delivered from when you order with us so we highly recommend you do allow enough time.

Q: Do I pay a deposit when I order my dress?
A: When you order your dress, we will require a 50% deposit on all orders, and the balances are to paid on completion.

Q: How many people can I bring with me?
A: With regards to bringing people with you, this is your decision, perhaps your mum, sister, friends, bridesmaids etc. however we do recommend you bring only 2-3 people as too many opinions can overwhelm you and perhaps ruin your experience.
